Amon theorie
now someone has probably already said these theories somewhere on the internet, but my theory as to the identity of Amon is either Admiral Zhao or Jet. both of their deaths were uncertain (Jet’s wasn’t shown, and Zhao was just pulled into the water) Zhao could have been stuck in the spirit world this whole time, learned energybending (maybe lost his face) and has a reason to hate the avatar. I’ve seen other people give good comparisons of the Equalists and Jet’s freedom fighters: all non-benders, fight authority, as well as having a grudge against dominating benders. Jet’s mysterious death was even joked about in the very meta-joke heavy Ember Island Players episode. while alot could have happened in the 70 years between the two shows, these two characters would have an impact if revealed to be Amon. I doubt that Amon is a character we haven’t seen before, nor is it someone who was entirely good in A:TLA, neither of these would have as much impact as characters who we know enough about and yet is ambiguous in motivation and origin.

Honestly, I’ve always been drawn towards the Sith even before I found the whole argument of Jedi suppressing everything thing.
Which that, in itself is odd, because while I don’t go for the suppression touted by Jedi, I do subscribe to the Vulcan philosophy. Uh?
I’d say Jedi…I don’t like this “star wars” thing, but Sith looks easily corrupted and self serving, which I’m sure you all are e___e

I would say I’m Jedi who tries to be more Sith.
